A Federal constituency is represented by a member at the federal house of representative. It's a constitutional duty of members of the federal house of representatives to scrutinize bills and the conduct of government officials at the federal level for good governance which will in turn bring about the growth and development of their respective constituencies.
Aside from the constitutional duties mentioned above, a member of the federal house of representative being a representative of a constituency – through the power of his office and the influence he/she is having, is expected to bring programs and projects that will add to the growth of his fellow constituents/constituency.
Be that as it may, the people of Donga, Takum Ussa and Yangtu federal constituency despite the fact that they usually come out in mass to exercise their franchise during election by not being political apartheid, but unfortunately, the constituency lack development and programs that will empower the youths and give them a sense of belonging likewise projects which other constituency are enjoying.
Today you can go round the federal constituency without more of a solid achievement to point out which is being influenced or brought to, by the past and current representatives aside from a few boreholes, solar pumps, solar street lights that most of them are not functional any longer.
With the above said, one cannot be wrong if he/she said we need a representative at the federal house of representative with a developmental mindset and not recycling of people that haven't done well in other offices that they held.
We need a representative whose track record of working experiences is that of understanding and development, and efforts for a better constituency is clear.
To this extent therefore, I present to you honorable Tuno Benedict Samaila Tii-adwa whose biography, working experiences and the way and manner he relates with people have shown that aside from his constitutional duties, better constituency with a lot of influenced projects from the federal government, programs that will not only add value to the lives of the youth alone but constituency at large will come to existence.
