The Jenjo Traditional Council have postponed the yearly Mihu Festival which holds every first week of May
The postponed came as a result of the order by the executive Governor of the state Arc. Darius Dickson Ishaku in taking preventive measures against the spread of the global pandemic "Coronavirus"
Also the Iva Zapte have urged the Jenjo elites to stay at home and stay safe only for this year to enable them celebrate many more years to come

Mihu is an initiation into manhood and harvest festival of the Jengo people of Jenjo, Taraba State. The Jenjo people are near Numan across the Benue river and Jen happened to be the main capital city of the Jenjo Nation
In the far North Eastern Region of Nigeria, lies the Jenjo people. The Jenjo tribe is also known and referred to as the Dza people, or alternatively called Jen (Where their headquarter is located) They are predominantly found in Taraba and Adamawa state of Nigeria.
